Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry support.
• Help with medication reminders and shopping for essentials.
• Offer companionship and dignity in care.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Pass a background check
• Experience is a plus, but training is provided
• Family members may qualify to be paid caregivers for loved ones (if eligible for Medicaid’s Home Help Program)
